We provide bookkeeping, BAS and IAS lodgement, payroll, accounts payable, cash flow and budgeting support, and general business guidance. We are not a tax agent, financial adviser, or legal practitioner. We do not provide tax advice, financial product advice, or legal advice. 7. Pricing and payment

All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Pricing for our services will be set out in your engagement letter or service agreement. Prices may change from time to time, however changes will not affect work already commenced under an existing agreement.

8. Bookings and consultations

Free initial consultations can be booked through our Website or by contacting us directly. Consultations are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows for paid consultations or services may incur a fee, which will be advised at the time of booking.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion.

If you would like to raise a concern under the Australian Consumer Law or these Terms, please contact us at info@moneypennybookkeeping.com.au.
