  • Information collected for service delivery: in the course of providing bookkeeping and BAS services, we collect financial information necessary to meet our obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth) and the Tax Practitioners Board Code of Professional Conduct. This may include business activity details, payroll information, supplier and customer records, and banking transaction data sourced from your accounting software.

We are required by law to retain certain records for a minimum of five years under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth).

Xero, MYOB, Hubdoc, Dext, and our email marketing platform are examples of providers whose infrastructure may include overseas locations.
